We are hoping that they get the vegan sausage in soon so modifications aren’t needed. The dish is supposed to have vegan sausage, however the restaurant ordered the wrong sausage and ended up with a sausage containing egg. The Le Fou Festin is described as a “Plant Based” offering composed of plant-based eggs, sausage, bacon and breakfast potatoes served with fresh fruit. We had to modify the dish to be completely vegan. It is not free from animal products as of this moment. The Le Fou Festin is listed on the breakfast menu under the new “Plant Based” section. If you’re lucky enough to snag an Advanced Dining Reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant in the Magic Kingdom during breakfast you can enjoy this brand new offering that will need a few modifications to make it vegan…for now.
